Cub Cadet RZT-S Steering Issues

My friend has a Cub Cadet RZT-S Which is the Steering Wheel version. His front wheels are out of sync while steering to the right. Any idea's what it good be?

This image is taken from the RZT-S Operator's Manual. Besure to perform all service at appropriate times. It also sounds like this maybe a Wheel Alignment or Drive Control Linkage problem.
