Pretty sure you can't buy anything other than the whole clutch. I've fixed them before but there was always just enough wire for me to put a butt splice on.

Ditto Molerj's comments... and that's most likely a pto clutch made by Oguru (more info at http://www.ogura-clutch.com/;
Mobile Products; PTO Clutch/brakes).
An expensive item - worth doing some serious buy research.

If the wires can't be fixed you'll need to buy the whole clutch. The place with the best prices that I've found is here. Cub Cadet Electric PTO Clutch
You'll need to find the Cub Cadet part number in your parts book. It will ether be 717-04163A ($125) or 717-04174A ($175).

You might be able to adapt a 12 volt electromagnetic clutch assembly from an automotive refrigeration compressor with some adaptation.

Post a picture of the clutch wires, close up and an overall picture of the clutch, and I will tell you if wire can be soldered back to the remains. I have over 40 years of soldering and repairing things that others think are un-repairable. If I think it can be repaired, if worse comes to worse and you cannot find someone locally who can solder, then send it to me with enough postage to send it back and I will put some wires on it. Now it may not be repairable, but I think you deserve a second opinion. And owning a soldering gun or iron does not automatically make a person capable of doing precision or difficult work. It can take several years of soldering to be able to do some difficult jobs. Find a local Ham Radio operator with building experience, and he should be able to fix you up. Either way, post a picture and I will try to assist.

I cannot tell, obviously one wire no problem, I cannot see where the other one is broken off. Do you have an actual digital camera with a
"macro" setting designed to take up close pictures, like flowers and insects. Most cell phone camera's lack the ability to focus up close, I know my blackberry is worthless for up close and detailed work. One possibilty is grind some of the plastic around the one broken off wire to expose a little more of the copper from the broken off wire.. Then with a good solder (Ersine is one of the best, but Kester if that is all you got) "tin" the end of the exposed wire, and then "tin" the end of the replacment wire and "sweat" them together. then try to devise a clamp to take any strain off of the new wire. If you can slide a piece of heatshrink over the wire first before it is sweated onto the original wire you may be able to slide it down enough to cover your joint. As for solder, you need the old "lead/tin" solder not this "darn" lead free Rohs (Reduction of Hazardous Substances) compliant crap they are selling now-days.. it is TOTALLY worthless. It will not flow, worth a darn.

Try to take a better picture, or if not possible, try and take your dremel with a fine point tool and "dig out" the end of the broken off wire, enought to tin it. Then run a continuity check on the coil with your ohmmeter and make sure it has a low resistance before bothering to solder it up.
