Cub Cadet #6284 Front Axle Seal Leaking Again.

I just installed new #721-0497 Oil Seals last month on this CC 6284 front axle housing. Today, while working the tractor I notice the fluid leaking on both sides. These oil seals I purchased from a Cub Cadet dealer and they are the correct ones for the tractor. Surely, the axle shafts are not the culprit, as I check them for any wear or bad arears. I installed them as instructed with the lip seal facing in.
When I installed them, I filled the axle unit with new 80-140 gear oil, and to the top fill plug as instructed in the manual.

I might try another brand of oil seals and a smaller axle lip.

A follow-up here.

I ordered 2 pack #EAI brand oils seals with "double Lip". Those Cub Cadet oil seal only have a single lip. Hope that will be the correct 'no leak" problem.
