Cub Cadet 33" Comm. walk behind

I saw one at tractor supply the other day. It looked pretty nice. I don't know the model, but it had a 33" deck, 10.5hp, 4spd forward, and 1spd reverse. I would like to use it for cutting the small lawns next door to the farm, that are too small for anything over about 36", but even that's cutting it close, I've seen some 42"ers, but they still need 20" pushes and weed eaters to get the job done. Anyway, would this work well for me, and could you tell me any experiences or ball park price ranges? Thanks!

My brother has the Troy-Bilt version of that mower (slightly older version). He's had it a good 10yrs now and loves it. I think he's replaced the blade spindles and belt once, that's about it.
