Oil & Fuel cub 7360 fuel tank

My fuel tank has a leak in the bottom. Has anyone removed one of these? Its beginning to look like I may have to remove engine or split tractor in order to remove. Any suggestions? Thanks

I just picked up a 7360 yesterday. Needs TONS of work. I wanted to flush the fuel tank. Was thinking of removing it completely to do so.

I'd love some influence from other members.

I was just thinking about this. Why would you have to split the tractor to remove the fuel tank? That makes no sense. As I dig into mine, I will have a better idea, but it seems a fuel tank should just bolt on like a peripheral accessory. No?

I took a quick look. Not sure yet. I have a bunch of work to do to mine, so I may tear into it far enough to get an answer.
