Cub 5234d HELP

my cub seems real slow and not strong at all with the front bucket.If I go into a pile it just dose not have the power needed to curl the bucket all the way,one day i went to move a stump it would not even begin to curl or lift it.the stomp maybe weighed 200lbs.i could pick up on it and roll it to my fireplace by hand.I sent it to the dealer,after weeks of changing filters,boom cylinders,valve unit below and hyd pump,they sent it back.even the delivery guy tried it out,and agreed it just dose not seem correct so back to the dealer he took it.this is week #6 now.is this normal ??i haven't been on another 5234d to compare with.by the specs.the 812 loader should be able to lift 710lbs. to its highest point.also under loader specifications it gives a breakout capacity at 1500 lbs.dose any one know what this means? is there a number that i can call to get to talk to someone at cub cadet,every time i call i just end up with numbers to my local dealer.all the numbers i call are automated. PLEASE HELP i bought my tractor to use not leave at the shop.

My dealer gave me a number they use for CC. It seems to be the number they would call to order tractors and and parts, although its not just for CC's its for all MTD products. The lady on the phone was very nice, just not terribly knowledgable. I called on Saturday morning though, maybe if you call during the week they'll have someone around that knows something. Number was (330) 273-7400.

Have you considered having another dealer take a look at the problem?

I have a 5252, but haven't encountered your problem yet. Keep us posted on how this works out.

Here is an 800 number I have used, 800-800-9448. Cub has been real good to me and resolved all my issues. Hope this helps.

thank you bouth for the info,sence my last posting I have been on the phone with CC about 7 times.to make a long story short they delivered a brand new 2006 5234d yesterday it took 10 weeks but worth the wait.the dealer still has no clue why my old one wasn't able to be repaired.
