im going to respond to my own question,maybe it will help somebody along the way to to to solving of this problem,just have a little bit for u.there a slot on the plate in which that the damper springs sit in,the parts consist of springs with slugs with stems attached to them on each side of the end of the springs which the slugs are really called the heavy damper and light damper,theres 2 ,where the dampers set inside the plate they've worn out edges of the plate which in turn along with some other worn out parts related to the forward and backward control which causes the tractor or transmission to want to creep forward or backwards ill keep anyone who had enough patience to read this informed how this project pans out. this maybe more clear to someone who is experiencing the same kind of problem
