CT445 Buy or not?

Hey List,

Being a good ND boy (growing up North or Bismarck on a farm) I'm looking for a compact tractor. I live in Conifer Colorado now and I'm interested in a tractor for mainly snow pushing, and road grading. I've been talking to a Kioti dealer about 1hr away on a DK40Se HST for 21k including a front end loader (FEL) and a 6' rear blade. But also I've talked to a Bobcat dealer in Ft. Colins (about 2hrs away) for a CK445 for 24k including FEL no back blade. I'd like to stick with the bobcat (melrose) but is it worth the 4k to do it. AND what would you guys recomend I offer on a CK445 HST(dealeer has 2 on lot) in this economy with FEL? I can pick up a used rear blade for about $300.00 so I can do that seperately? I will probalby take advantage of the 0% rate for 24 months at least.

Phil. 24K seems like alot. Are you sure thats his out the door price? I think I gave right around 16800 for my cT-440 back in june (plus I also bought a backhoe). I think thats what you meant by ck445..hopefully.

Thanks for your responce. I had K on the brain obviously, the bobcat model is a CT445 (not ck445) Bobcat CT445 Compact Tractor - Bobcat Company

He quoted me $24k out the door.. that was using the 0% financing with 4k down. That did seem a bit steep to me. No backhoe at that price. Though I think I could have some fun with a backhoe.

Does the $24K for the CT445 include the $2,000 rebate? Is that the 60 Mos. 0% as a finance deal? The CT335 & CT440 both only offer a $500 rebate since 7/1. Good luck!!!

I think I'd go w/ the Kioti for $3K less (pretty steep price for 5 ponies)....plus you get a better warranty!!!!

Sorry about that. I meant I also purchased the backhoe.... for ANOTHER 7k. (Just the tractor with the loader was 16800. They must have completely done away with all of the rebates that I was offered otherwise you wouldnt have been quoted 24.. Still I think I would ask him again what his best OUT THE DOOR-bring your own financing price would be. It couldnt have gone up THAT much.. Good luck though on whatever you get! Carry on!

If the Kioti is cheaper I'd go with Kioti since Kioti and Bobcat are the SAME tractor

With backhoe my dealer has it for $28,500. Did you get free loader deal?
