I came across this AD on craigslist for a CT230. Good price on a fairly new CT230.

There was just a Mahindra 7010 with cab and all, 200 hours that sold at an auction by Lyons for 14,500. Not a great sale considering retail at 36,000. The closest dealer was only 30 miles away from the auction!
