CS2410 Mower Questions. Funny Noise

I took the deck off last weekend (pto first, then front bracket, then rear bracket). Put it back on a few days ago, and it works fine. However when the mower is at full raise height and the pto is engaged the deck shakes and its got a real "unsettling" noise. The PTO is connected and locked in, but it just makes this weird noise. Anyone have any suggestions?

I am not sure if you are are able to misalign the PTO shaft, the u-joints need to be aligned properly to work smooth.

Ahh, I didnt even think of that. The U-Joints need to be put back on the same plane and not off of one another. That has got to be it.
