Cruise Control on CK30H will not stay set!

While trying to use the cruise control feature on our new CK30H it would not stay set during field work . I contacted Daedong technical support and was told " That the cruise control only works in smooth operating conditions !" So for that 2 min. drive down the road it should realy come in handy! And for that 4hours of brush hoging a 10 acre field ?

How do you engage the cruise on your tractor? Mine will stay engaged in any condition... to the point of being scarey... I forgot to turn it off once and started to climb a brush pile...

My CK30 did the same thing. KiotiJohn posted directions on how to adjust the control rod. I made the adjustment on my tractor and it solved the problem. Here is the URL to the post.

My CK20 cruise only stays set in low range...thanks for reposting John's "tech bulletin" ... I remember reading it, but never got around to implementation!
