Crown Walkie Stacker HiLo 20MT. No Power!!??

Hi Everyone,

I have a crown 20MT walkie stacker electric HiLo. I replaced all 4 batteries in the spring. A couple days after it stopped working on me, ran out of juice and would not charge back up properly. Now it wont even take a charge. I know its not the batteries, does anyone have any idea if this could be the charger or solenoid? I try not to work on these things too often because they are beyond me, unless someone can point me in the right direction.

Unless you have a print and know how to properly use a meter best get someone to help you. We have these at work and they are a pain in the butt. If it is like ours it will have both a 12 volt circuit and a 24 volt. It could be a few things including the charger a contactor bad connections, even low water in the batteries.
