Wife just bought a lease return 2010 toyota rav4. While looking around the show room floor, I reviewed the window stickers. It's really amazing how they add ADP on stuff that has been around for years. Down hill traction devise (second gear) on my old 24 year toyota... I have speed controled steering on my 24 year old corrola, but it's not creative on the old window sticker. Nothing seems to have changed from my old toyota corrolla (1989) from a new rav4. I was even looking at the dash for three radio's. From the window sticker, AM/FM/CD/AM/CD/MP/AM/FM. Want paint treatment, want window treatment, want headlight treatment, want taillight treatment, want tire treatment, want nitrigen tire treatment? Just the ADP stuff can add thousands. And the additional warrenty is really crazy! No thanks to all the above, even on security camera to declaim all the added bull**** they want to sell you. It was two pages in a notebook of ADP (additional Dealer Profit) mounting to thousands of dollars. I would like to ask for a car with no power steering and no power brakes. Think one exist? rant off.
