Crazy Cardinal

Our State bird is driving me crazy! At our office he will peck on all the windows and bring food to the window, now all the windows have bird spit smeared over them. The car issue is the worst, he loves the mirrors and will go to all the cars and do the same thing, smear stuff all over the mirrors and then do-do all over the door. I'm ready to shotgun the little terror!
I guess he likes his image or lost his mate at one point and now has adopted our office as his new hangout.

We have this happen in the late spring early summer. That pesky bird would attack the windows and other birds. Course she attacked the window because it showed HER which she thought was another bird. Eventually she went away. I assume after nesting season.

Got lot's of Cardinals around my place. I have about 4 pair that are regulars at my feeding stations. Can't say I have ever had that problem before and one of the feeders is mounted outside on the window sill. Maybe he or she is trying to tell you there hungry.
