Crankshaft seal MF 245 ???

Greetings everyone,

It looks like I bought some trouble with my recent MF 245 purchase. I knew I was going to need to rebuild my injection pump, But i did not catch the front seal leaking until I was running the tractor this weekend. The "only 1800" hours kind of took me out my game for looking more thoroughly than I should have. Can anyone tell me what I am looking to replace this seal. Hopefully this is not a split type repair. It looks like I might be able to access the pulley nut from the front end with a special wrench type tool. Anyway, any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Remove bonnet and split just in front off engine with radiator still on cradle.
Then feel if pulley and key is in good condtion by rotating left and right. Also up and down(crank can be broken)
Remove pulleybolt and pulley. Remove and replace seal.
