PLEASE CHECK YOUR LOADER PIVOT PINS FOR CRACKS
I have a Daedong EX50 with an AL43 loader with 210 hours on it ;
And I was lucky today , I had just emptied one large bucket full of dirt and was backing out of a steep gully, when I noticed the rhs load frame was moving more than I had seen before had to look twice ! . then I noticed the top load frame pivot pin was missing . jumped off to find the flange that is welded to the pin had cracked at the fold line all the way so the pin had nothing to hold it in. looked everywhere to find it to no avail. To the shed to make another, I checked the other side and found it had also cracked all the way as well. Welded up the cracked one and made another pin and back to work, then I found the other one must have walked over it 10 times.
So please everyone go out and check your pins for cracks , I would hate to think what would happen if it fell out when fully loaded could cause a roll over.
