Spreader Cover for landpride Spreader?

Has anybody purchased the cover for the Landpride spreader? How much? (Got my dealer looking up his price now) Do you like it?

The monster agitator really stirs the stuff up & creates a dust cloud out the top. It was even spitting the pellets out too. Landpride advertises the cover as keeping rain out & fertilizer in.

Dealer called back, $45 for the cover. I'm Hoping someone here can advise me if it's worth it.
