Yeah, I've done an Easter long weekend ride up the Gippsland Highlands... rode the whole time in jodhpurs, chapettes and, most importantly, tight silk undies (had to buy those special at Myers ;)). Also, every morning before mounting up, I'd go through a thorough set of leg, torso & upper arm stretches. Riding is full-body exercise.

I was fine for the weekend. The other blokes... not so well.

LOL. You all crack me up.

I used to do "endurance" rides. 50-75 miles in one outing, not uncommon. Probably nothing compared to your trips.

Walking afterwards, one could "feel" it.

An easy riddle for you Sir bunyip . Pertaining to your subject matter .
Interesting when Aethenoth galloped in Coventry Warwickshire at midday on market day 1035AD "he" never had that problem . Then again "he" was on the bottom !!!

No looking it up now , the answer must come from your intellectual brain matter ! Good day Sir !!!

You realise of course that if you change the first vowel in your username you would become the subject of the first post rather than the expert I suspect you are:laughing:

BTW Leofric the Earl of Mercia suffered from candaulism, or candaulesism in my opinion . ;)

Being imo one of its wisest residents I'am going to say you are aware that Lang Lang was formerly known as Carrington, after Lord Carrington ?
