Tractor Sizing Correct size medium duty mower for L2800HST??

Hi All,

Well, I will hopefully be purchasing an L2800 HST with QA FEL very soon and I am looking for a used rotary mower (bush hog). Just want to know what size I should be looking for, 5', 4'? Im pretty certain 6' is too big, but I could be wrong. Thanks.

5' would be ideal. It depends on what and how often your cutting. I pull a 5' with my 18hp tractor. It can be a bit big for it at times but depending on conditions I normally cut pretty efficiently with the 5'. You'll have 8.5 more hp at the PTO than me so you won't have any trouble.
