At 14 years old, I got pulled over by the ploice as I was driving a old VAC Case tractor to town to get it serviced at the local tractor dealership, for my Grandad. Turns out, some tourists seen me driving the tractor and thought some "Kid" was probably stealing a farmers tractor and reported that to the city policeman. Little did they realize that most of us farm boys had been on tractors since our legs were long enough to reach the clutch and brake pedals /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif--Ken Sweet

Yep, Ken, but in my case, the police wouldn't have pulled me over because the officer and I would have recognized each other and just waved. There were few enough people in little towns back then that the officers knew everyone. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

And probably recognized the tractor!
In fact, probably knew who the kid was when it was called in the a Red trike-front with a kid on it was actually such and such's International Super A!
