Ok I am getting ready to take delivery of a new to me 1997 NH 3930 with 7310 Loader. The loader is plumbed in to the rear Hydraulic remotes and you just use those to operate it. Now this set up will work to use the loader but i would like to go ahead and change it over to a joystick. I have found a kit at messicks but it seems somewhat steep at around 1700-1800 for the kit. There is some old posts on here that addressed this but did not give much info because guys started bashing one another....anybody know how to do this? I would like to keep the rear remotes on the tractor, and I will admit i have limited Hydraulic experience other than just using them. But i can Learn and i can turn a wrench.... Thanks

If you can figure out where your return line, supply/pressure line are on the machine you can do this. I don’t know that machine but if the rear remotes (or something else) have a power beyond port all the better.

Your local hydraulic shop or other local shop that makes hoses (some auto parts stores, heavy equipment repair etc) will be your friend. You will have several hoses to make.

Prince (made in USA) and others make valves just for your task. They will either be be plumbed right to the joystick or the joystick and valve can be separate- in that case the joystick runs a set of cables.
