See these weld on conversion plates on Amazon, ebay, titan and ect to convert pin on FEL to skid steer style disconnect. However they all look about the same and they don't mention weight capacity. They also don't mention machine sizes. Have searched for heavy duty ones, but when I look at weight they all weigh 40 pounds.
Anyone on here installed these on larger tractors are backhoes that get used hard?

There is also a pin to skid steer set up out there. But its a lot more money then the weld on kits

Yes Ive seen those also. Not only are they more expensive but they also move attachments away from tractor cutting down on usable load capacity.

Yes, the one in that photo would move things out from the pins taking away some lift capability but there are other ones that don't move things as far ahead as that one. The problem with the stuff of Amazon or ebay is the quality of the workmanship and the quality of the steel. I bought a 3point loader attachment off of Amazon and by the time it got to me it was bent so they replaced it with another but when I got that one it wasn't fabricated correctly and wouldn't fit my skid steer set up. So I had to widen it a 1/4 of inc to get it to fit. There is some out there that wont push things as far forward check out Tractormikes fun store kits Quick Attach Conversion Kits for Tractors-Ask Tractor Mike-Ozark, MO

I would be leery of using a titian or lighter weight unit for a quick attach. I used one from RVM, on my Massey 20C that is an industrial tractor. (backhoe without the hoe) What machine are you looking at putting it on? The RVM uses New Holland parts, so if I suffer some breakage you can go to the nearest New Holland / Case dealer and get a replacement. The RVM weigh's 80 lbs, however if using on a strong loader I would beef up the center cross brace. It is also about as thin as you can be for a universal quick attach. It does not come painted, so you will need to paint after welding, this is good because trying to clean burnt paint off of the inside of the quick attach on a pre-painted unit after welding is miserable.
It is rated at 5,500 tipping, which when used on a tractor loader that would be 5,500 lift as skid steers are rated at 50% of tip.

It would help us to know what machine your putting this on. It would work on a John Deere 310A but not a 710.

I bought a nice HD weld-on for the 14LA on the '33' but didn't get it welded up. (for sale cheap, as is HFT 3PH
QA) A year later I still have to switch grapples and decided to get a pin-on adapter. Not sure which is best, but I like that some have double crossbars (Mike's) since I'll be grubbing trees as usual and it takes more than lift power to get many out. (rocking, using curl, up on 3 wheels, etc)

Any I've seen are rated for 3k lbs or so and none of my FELs can max the 2k lb cap hanging scale when lifting a load. (tested, not even close) Gonna run >$1k but will only have to pay once. With 3 CUTs and working alone I'm more of a seat hopper than an implement switcher. I'd rather leave something on each FEL for the season, then switch one to std bucket with 'Edge Tamers' for winter snow.

That sounds more like it. Looks to be well built.
My case 580se is rated for 4390 on lift and 7040 on breakout. But it has a lot of wear and I doubt it is near operating capacity.

The m5700 may stay on the Kubota quick attach setup since there is couple attachments with it.

Looking at buying another machine now. That machine has 3500 on lift capacity and 5000 on breakout.

These machines get used for digging and clearing so while I try my best not to abuse them it's not as easy on machines as just spreading dirt.
