Tires Conversion to turf tires Hinomoto E18D

Have got an E18D with Rice Tires. The original ones which are getting pretty checked at this point. I'd like to convert to Turf tires since I've started using the tractor for mowing. Rears are 8.3x22, Front 6x14. Being a fwd I am concerned with keeping front to rear ratios about the same as they are now.

There is a stright matchover for the front tires. For the rears it looks like the closest I can get is a 9x22 which will work except:

The 8.3x22 takes a 7" wide rim and the 9x22 is designede for an 8" wide.

Has anyone had experience mounting a 9x22 on a 7" rim?

Second question I guess is there anyone out there with a set of Hino E18D rims for sale or knows what might interchange?
If possible I would like to keep a set of lugs around for the digging jobs.
