Mowing Connecting Massey Ferguson GC2320 Mower

Having a heck of a time connecting up the mower for the new season. I took it off last year, and I get it all under my GC2310 tractor fine, its just trying to connect the drive shaft, whats the secret? I get it close, then go to front of mower deck, and try to push it back with my feet, hoping the linkage will fit into the drive shaft, not working.

Realized that the drive shaft comes off the tractor, and that makes it sure a lot easier to first connect to PTO.... What a dummy !

HAHA, I was trying to picture how you were using your feet to push the mower deck back hoping things would line up...Sound like you left half the PTo shaft connected to the tractor when you removed the mower deck..? Glad you got it figured out. For me, the first DUH moment was when I realized you could freely spin the PTO shaft on the tractor, and didn't need to try and rotate the PTO shaft on the mower deck to get the splines lined up!
