This is the simplest thing to do. That tag has all the RPO codes for how the truck was built. GU6 is what you're looking for.



You got 5.5 turns because you were turning the spider gears. The drive shaft method is the only way to do it.

Yep. If you do the wheel method, it is only accurate if the opposing wheel is turning the EXACT same amount. But I always turn the DS and count the tire.
