Commercial mowers

I have 5 acres to mow and even though all the people who live around me just use riding mowers, Im looking to buy a full 60 in
Commercial mower.
Any and all advice as to which one is best is greatly appreciated. I would like to get one where under the deck is easily accessable so I can clean and sharpen the blades easily
and get a cover so I can block the sun. ( Im in Texas )

Please give me a hand with this. There are a lot of choices out there.

How much are you willing to spend?

Check out my Power Trac PT425 . It has a canopy, ROPS, 60" mower out front on lift arms that will take it about 5' in the air for cleaning and you don't have to climb under it. Just spray it off with a garden hose. Nice thing is, it has around 40 other attachments available.

There are lots of choices. Some sort of dollar figure, like Moss said, would cetainly help.

Also, what else are you planning on doing? Just mowing, moving mulch, gardening, driveway maintenence?

What kind of terrain??
