cold, just plain cold

Its cold. Temps in the teens, negative chill factors, just a light slow dusting, but cold.
A bit of wind and did I mention, Its cold!

Gary, Temps in the teens aren't too bad, but I'm with you on the wind thing! I'll feed and water the chickens in a t-shirt at ten degrees on a still day, but let the breeze pick up and it cuts me to the bone!

Here in south central PA, it's in the 20's but with the wind chill...midteens.

Kinda strange in a way..when we were younger the cold and wind didn't bother us when playing outside,and now w/a little age /w3tcompact/icons/shocked.gifplaying around w/the woodstove lot more fun.

Temp 20..wind about 15mph..windchill -5...brrr.

Boondox, I know what you mean about feeding and watering the chickens. sometimes I wonder if the fresh eggs are worth the hassel in the winter time. I have to this morning and get the ice out of the water and I had much rather be by the fireplace/w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif
