I shorted the battery from the positive to the frame of the tractor and now I have no ignition no power nothing I checked all the fuses are good I checked all the relays they're good the ignition checks good. I'm stumped

Did you short the battery directly to the frame at the battery terminal or at some point in the wiring? Assuming the battery is still good (confirm this) you may have blown a fusible link.
