I have read and re-read the manual for my CK3510H and am still a little confused. When do you use the clutch aside from PTO/Starting.

I am currently using it to change speed ranges (H/M/L) and thats about it. Should I use it to engage 4wd? I have been changing to 4wd while in motion and it seem smooth.

Also, If do you put the transmission in neutral if you are going to be idling for a few minutes or more?

Well, I don't claim to be an expert, but I do own a ck2610hst.
I have owned an 850 Deere, and a Case VAC before that. In the crash box machines you are always using the clutch.
In the Kioti HST, I follow the manual and what the dealer told me. That was, I only need the clutch to start, and engage or disengage the PTO.
The transfer case, I shift while at a complete stop, all feet off any pedal. Sometimes I need to ride the forward or reverse pedal to engage the teeth, but the clutch is of no use. Not unlike engaging the differential lock.
Totally different beast than my other machines, but so much easier on a bad back and legs.

For the first 20hrs or so I didnt use clutch for speed selection. I took a look at the manual and read it as you should use the clutch? I dont notice any difference.

I only use the clutch when starting, selecting speed ranges, and engaging the PTO... no need to put in neutral when idling.

I would not recommend engaging the front drive wheels while in motion. You could possibly experience an abrupt decrease in speed and be tossed from the operators station.
I have a CK35hst and only use the clutch to start tractor or engage a pto implement. I engage front drive and shift ranges at a complete stop. The tractor is always in one of the three ranges whether idling or stowed for the night. In addition, the parking brake is always engaged when the operator station is empty. At this point engaging and disengaging the brake is muscle memory, not a thought given to this action. Safety first.
