Not sure why you would want to use a Kubota clutch on a Kioti...
If its a aftermarket clutch and the part numbers interchange yes
If its dealer parts I dont know if you can find interchange numbers.
Seems like it would be safer and simpler to buy a Kioti clutch and sell the Kubota clutch here in the classifieds
