Hi folks!

I just finished reading the L..O..N..G Club4310 thread and thought ... why not start a 2210 club too? It looks like its been very useful for them. We can't let them have ALL the fun can we? /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I have a 2210 with a 47 inch snowblower, a 54 inch MMM, and a 48 inch rototiller. I bought the FEL too but don't have it yet. I think it'll be delivered about Christmas time. Thx Santa! /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

I've had my 2210 for a whole 2 weeks now. Got it just in the nick of time. I was able to mow the lawn and pick up leaves then do the fall tilling the day before the first major snow hit us. I've got about 6 hours of time on it and just over half of that is snowblower time. My next dream is a cab... /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

I'm attaching a picture of it with the snowblower on it. From the looks of things, I'm one of the few snowblower owners. Seems like everyone else just uses the FEL? How 'bout it? Any snowblower folks out there?

So far I love the thing. However, I do have a few minor issues...

1) I'm surprised at how noisy the blower is when running no load and raised up. Dealer is coming to take a look but the salesman already said it looked ok to him.

2) I have paint chipping off the cover plate right under the fron seat right by the 4 way control value. Anyone else seen any paint problems?

On the positive side.. WOW! I can't believe how far it'll toss the snow!! And so far, having used the tiller, blower, and mower, I can't find anything that makes it seem like its actually working. I had a 23 HP 2 cyl. gas engine in my old tractor (Bolens HT23) and this seems like twice the power. Very nice!

C'mon 2210 owners. Jump on in. Membership's free!

Here's one of my favorite pics. Two days after the President's Day Blizzard, February 2003.

djsch,

Part of the reason why they arent more front blower people is because its so **** expensive! Your set up looks real nice !
I wanted to get a blower on my 4100, but it was too pricey.
I decided to get a blower on my Cub instead, and keep the FEL & Rear Blade on the 4100 (for gravel driveways only)...
I cant wait for snow here...good luck with the machine!

Re: Club 2210 - I\'m In!

Hello from West Michigan....

Sign me up! 2210, 62C, FEL, 5ft rotary and 5ft Backblade.

I kept my 335/42 snowthrower and my son is always itchin' to clear snow but I'm hoping for a little seat time this winter. I would love to have a 2-stage blower, and a tiller, but have both of these for the 335, hard to convince the wife that we need to spend even MORE money.

You're right about the power - that little Diesel really makes torque.

Welcome to TBN and the 2210 club!

Fine looking machine....I think few JD owners purchase the snowblower attachments because those are intended for one purpose only. They will move snow better than a FEL or blade but can be used ONLY for snow. If the 4310 club won't accept me and my 4210 maybe your club will?

Folks like me from Alabama know nothing of snowblowers. My wife laughed the last we had 2 inches of snow and I was on the tractor clearing the driveway. When she asked why I did it, I answered, "because I can". So how much does a snowblower for a tractor cost anyway?
