Clicking noise heard while turning sharply

Noticed this evening while pulling into the shed that when I turn very sharply I hear a "clicking noise" almost sounds like a gear racheting. I assume it's just the front differential doing it's thing.. but figured I'd give a shout out to make sure.

NH TZ25DA with sensitrak. Occurs both turning left and right about >65% of the steering lock.
