Not so far have i been required to do a parked regen. Of course during my first months of ownership, I always did parked regens, and later found it was not really a necessity to do so. But I am constantly worried about DPF issues and failures. I notice the bigger horsepower diesel engines have longer regen cycles, approaching 45 to 57 hours between regens. In that 500 hours, has your tractor ever made you do a parked regen?
I'm just shy of 400hrs on mine, and have had fairly regular intervals until now, often in the 35-40hr range. I've only put about 10 hours on it since the parked regen, and so far it hasn't done another short auto regen yet, keeping my fingers crossed.
