Kioti CK3510
Hey guys,

New guy here looking at buying my first tractor. Been doing a ton of research which is what led me to this forum. Ive read a lot of great threads but figured I'd start my own.

I have been talking to dealers and getting prices. I was leaning towards a New Holland Worksmaster 35 till I got the prices from the 3 local NH dealers, so I decided that wasn't an option. After more research I decided on the Kubota L2501 until one NH dealer called back and mentioned they were also a Kioti dealer and had a CK3510 on the lot they think I'd really like and the price was fantastic. I hadn't even considered Kioti up till this point but after reading here and watching some videos, I am really liking what I see. I don't have a day off of work for almost 2 weeks so it'll be a bit before I can get to the dealer to check it out.

My question is, how is everyone with a CK3510 liking it? Pros and cons? I plan on getting the loader and backhoe and eventually a brush hog. Main purpose if just to use around my 7 acres which is by no means flat. There isnt really any flat surface on my property so I'd like to hear from people who have ran these machines on similiar terrain too. Thanks.

:welcome: Kioti is a good tractor. For hills the heavier the better. Service after the sale is very important with all makes. So choose a dealer with a good service department and that has a good reputation. Good luck and we like pictures!

I have about 250 hours on mine without any issues or complaints. The only level spots on my property are where I park the tractor and where the hot tub sits!

Tom, if your property has a lot of sloped areas I would recommend getting your tires loaded with Rimguard to improve stability. You could work this into the price along with a 50 hr. service.

Thanks for the info guys. I plan to get the tires loaded. I don't have a day off for 2 weeks so it's killing me not being able to get down to the dealer to check it out.

Amvcane, I see you're in NEPA, whereabouts?

Near Lake Wallenpaupack

Not sure of your intended uses, but another option is a Kioti CK2610 with a KL4010 loader. Similar match-up to the Kubota you looked at except the loader will lift about 700 lbs. more.

I'm In Bradford County but originally from Pike County. Parents live in Bushkill and my sister in Hawley, not far from the lake.

I considered a CK2610 and the only reason I'm thinking the 3510 is I don't want to buy smaller and wish I went bigger. Right now I can afford it so why not spend the extra money now instead of trading in later. Only reason I am looking at the Kubota L2501 vs the L3301 is the 2501 is about the same price as the Kioti.

Put 269 hours on my CK4010HST.
It's just a good solid work horse.
Kioti has a promo for the CK series until end of March.
I would recommend sitting and driving the Kubota treadle system versus the Kioti twin pedal. It's a different feel for each operator, see what would be a good fit for you.
Also the FEL control lever layout is also different for each. SO if lots of dirt work is in your future picture yourself using the FEL control lever for extended periods.
Enjoy the search is part of the fun until you get your machine then teh fun really begins.

TomV17, Check out Hess Farm Equipment in Canton. Bought my 2610hst from them this past fall. I'm over in Wellsboro.

Funny, Hess is the dealer I've been talking to. I was able to sneak out of work early today and I went to Hess's to look over the CK3510 and loved it. I ran around the lot for a bit then spent some time talking to the guys. They stayed a little late to accomadate me since I got there 30 minutes before closing. We ran some numbers and I told him I'd be back when I had a day off.

The main reasons I am probably going with Kioti over Kubota are because of the FEL controls and the pedals. I really don't care for the treadle pedal and the joystick on the loader. After running the Kioti I defiantly like their setup a lot better, just feels right l, and will probably buy from them here shortly.
