I've been having issues over the past year or so with no cranking when the key is turned. As I've commented in a previous thread. Key switch cleaned then finally replaced and still have intermittent issues. Tractor always shedded. I had a friend suggest to tap the relays under the hood and sure enough that seems to help on the occasion that she doesn't crank, which is 25% of the time. However I've noticed that during the warmer weather, Spring and now Summer, there is never an issue. Turn the key through it's detents and tractor fires right up, Bob's your Uncle. The blue relays, 2 of them (T4180-69961), are situated on the firewall and I'm thinking about changing them. The dealer wants $35 each but told me to search Amazon for cheap knockoffs. I haven't taken the OEMs off to get a closer look but they are 5-pin 30/20A. Are these open circuit or closed circuit type? Would someone have a link on Amazon or similar site for the correct ones? Thanks for any help, Dutchy

Thanks brother. I had been looking at those exact ones. However the Bosch is 20/30 and the Dorman 30 amps. Is the difference important? Dutchy

All three relays on my Kioti DK35SE are generic and common as dirt. Amazon aside they are sold all over the place for years, my point being that any AP's box store keeps them in stock-no Amazon wait if you are near retail.
I played the test your relay, then switching them around game after no-starts then finally jumping the starter, then even that stopped working and it turned out to be the starter in the end that made all well. I went with a $75 Chinese starter off ebay and it's still working a year later. I will say that the replacement starter seemed a bit "tight" at first then began to crank up more robustly over time to where it cranks like the original starter.
I bought my tractor used and it came with the original ignition switch-I'd taken both mine apart and cleaned them too. Honestly they are very basic solid copper contacts inside and bullet proof IMO so either of mine works just fine.

Well I left the tractor for a week, went to start it and it goes first time. So its looking pretty good.
For anyone interested Bosch 0332209150 is the part number.
