CK30 Loader is KL130 will a KL1450 work?

So the loader for my tractor is a KL130. I spoke with a dealer out here who is not Kioti and he knows a man who has a old new loader (it's been sitting but was never used apparently) unfortunately that loader is a KL1450... So anyone know if it would work? I could probably get it for $1500. I assume it won't bold up but I could fab up some brackets... The dealer mentioned it holds more weight and could damage my tractor and that it won't work. Hydraulics are hydraulics though so I don't understand them saying it won't work unless he just wants me to buy the new loader.

I知 sure I知 just going to suck it up and pay the piper but in the meantime a question never hurts either.

A new KL130 loader is 4200-4300 plus tax plus shipping quote from my first dealer I checked with today of $500! That comes to a whopping $5100. I paid $6700 for my tractor, the whole thing! So it's killing me with the price of the loader. I was originally quoted $3200 for the loader and when I was ready to play the price had suddenly changed to $4200. Cute.

You're right that hydraulics are hydraulics, pressure with flow, and your tractor could make it work but there are problems. I believe that the overall frame size is wider and longer and fabricating mounts to fit would put more bending force on the tractor mounting areas. Others would have more accurate numbers but the overall weight is @300lbs more and the lift is approx double. Don't get me wrong. I would love to have the loader twice as strong but our CK30's front end wouldn't handle it. You could just not load it full or work it as hard but that won't happen all the time. With the KL130's cylinders being smaller, providing less lift at the same hyd pressure as the bigger tractors, the relief valve will open and limit you to a reasonable load.

Maybe shop around for other brands of loaders. Rhino, RHINO | Loaders , makes a good loader and used to, in the early years, make them for Kioti. Woods makes a loader for the CK30 and I'm sure there are others if you search.

Good ideal on the other brands. I wasen't aware other manufactures made loaders for the tractors so thanks. I've already been on the phone this AM. Waiting for a dealer to call me back. I spoke with the manufacture for Rhino and Woods. Rhino said they no longer make one for the Kioti. I'll call back and get someone else. Not sure if there information was correct by talking to the person.

Woods has them and will color match to your tractor!

The kl1450 mount are different than the KL130. The 1450 has a cross brace underneath that bolts to the loader mount uprights and also has 2 braces that go to the back axle. DK35Vince may be able to send a picture, but you will go crazy trying to fabricate a fit for this loader. It is a very fast loader and has a little more capacity than the KL130, but the KL130 is lower maintenance and a lower profile than the big squared boom arms on the KL1450.
Hydraulically it will plumb up the same, it's all the other alterations you will need that make it a tough choice. Good Luck,
