CK30 Air Intake Away from Battery

Someone recently suggested turning the air filter housing so the intake didn't come from right on top of the battery.

Just remove one of the housing strap bolts completely to rotate the housing.

Put it pointing front/downward at about 45 degrees; if you point it straight toward the front or up, the headlight connector will crack it when you close the hood!

If you take a peek at the end cap of the filter housing it has slots completely around it for the three clips to fit into. I suspect it was made this way for a "universal" fit. This filter holder can be used in a variaty of applications. If the intake is resting on the battery simply remove the end cap and spin for a better fit then line up the clips
