Anyone with a 2610 upgrade their loader to a kl4030? Love my tractor but wish it had a bit more lift capacity. I would like to trade my kl2610 loader for the kl4030. Has anyone done this? Is the 2610 able to handle heavier lifting? Thanks.

The CK2610 is the same frame as the CK3510 & CK4010. The CK2610 will handle the loader.

My experience is that used loaders by themselves do not have a very high trade in value at dealers.

Does anyone have any idea what a KL4030 costs?

I loved my tractor also but the lift capacity was not what I had hoped for ( a few hundred lbs shy )
so I replaced the rams .. warnings in place that the engineering was not based on stronger hydraulics
however, it was a risk I was willing to take vs not being able to use the tractor I just bought as intended

Comparing the kl2610 and the kl4030 I can't see much difference other than the hydraulic cylinders? I wonder if you could just change out the the cylinders instead of getting a whole new loader?

Changing the cylinders would be a lot cheaper for sure!

Following this for sure, that’s the only complaint about my ck2610, is the kl2610 loader. I asked when I bought mine if we could upgrade to the one the ck3510 had, and the dealer said no. Than like 2 months later, they started coming with the bigger loader....

I have the same issues with my CK35. The KL130 loader does not have great capacity.
Before totally giving up you should measure, and make sure the relief pressure is set to spec.
My relief pressure was 150psi low, I turned it up 350psi over spec. The loader is now more usable, and for me, I don't think its worth the money for what little capacity improvement I would get.

I would have no idea how or where to check the pressure. I was quoted $1750 plus my loader to have the KL4030 installed.
