CK2610 Brake pedal wont engage

I have a Ck2610 HST tractor. The other day i was doing work. As i was backing up, i noticed the brake pedal move forward, then backward real quickly. I got off the tractor and noticed that the left brake linkage underneath the tractor had fallen down and got bent. The cotter pin holding the linkage on the back side near the transmission was gone and the pin fell out. I replace the pin and reinstalled the linkage. when I hit the brake pedal, this is no feedback. The pedal goes all the way forward with out hesitation. The brakes don't engage either. I cant see any springs or other broken attachment points. My question is, is there something on the inside that broke? Is this a big problem? Has anyone else experience this? Should this be covered under the warranty.? Thanks for the help. My local Kioti dealer doesn't pick up there phone that often.

You could try having someone operate the brake pedal while you look underneath to see what's going on. If the tractor's on warranty it's probably covered but if you can see the issue and the fix is simple there would be no need to wait for the dealer to address the problem.
