I have been researching the CK20S and found the Euro/ Australian CK22 to be the same tractor except for a few country specific features. It is the same horse power, weight, size, etc. Some Euro models have an add on hand parking brake or different ROPS. Some, the parking and brake lights are wired different. Some countries require tractors to be licensed like a car. Having said all that, the two tractors are mechanically the same. The engines are different model numbers, but are the same cubic inch, hp, torque, etc in the newer years of the CK20S. I think the US model is set up different to comply with the EPA. The older CK20 used a smaller engine. I bought the CK22 Manual off of EBAY, and the engines look the same across the board. The rest of the tractor looks the same.
