Got a new Kioti and the loader isn't level on the cutting edge it is almost 2 inches high on one side. All the tire pressures are equal. Should I be be concerned or live with it. The dealer said they could "bend stuff" but that seems to be a crude approach.

I wish...I measured on a concrete floor in the garage.

My CK20HST loader got 'unlevel' after about 30 hours of use ..... turns out that the stanchion mount on the left side had a stripped bolt where it contacts the trans. casting. My dealer took it in and re-tapped the bolt hole to the next size larger .... end of problem .... kind of. At about 40 hours I removed the connecting member between the stanchions (over the back edge of the hood) to install one with extra length for installation of an EZ-GO golf car sunshade .... the bolts immediately 'bound up' and had to be screwed out, even though the holes in the stanchions and connecting member are oversized for clearance on the bolts .... the holes on the stanchions were about a bolt hole off (too close together) for the connector hole spacing so I adjusted for that when I made the new piece. It seems as though Kioti got the holes off for the width of the FEL frame/trans. casting causing a mismatch which may have resulted in the stripped casting hole upon initial assembly ....
You can see this connecting member in the photo pretty well .... :)

The concrete floor in my garage has a pretty decent grade to direct water to a floor drain in the middle...Have you tried turning the tractor around 180' and making sure the same side is high/low?

If it's a new tractor, you shouldn't accept that it's not level. Something is wrong and the dealer/Kioti need to make it right (and bending stuff isn't making it right). Your loader is far less useful if not level.

I agree. If this is how it came from the dealer they should fix it properly. For starters, why don't they switch it out with another KL120B and see if the problem is the loader itself or the mounts. As this is a new tractor the dealer and Kioti really ought to be more concerned about getting it right rather than suggesting they just bend it back into shape.

My dealer took the time to fix up a few spots on my tractor where the paint hadn't bonded on the edge of some metal parts when I bough my tractor.

The did a good enough clean and touch up job that I cannot see hwere they did it. Purely cosmetic.

An uneven loader is definitely a PDI (post delivery inspection) issue. Ask they correct it without "bending" it.

Good luck!

I am with everyone else. Take back to your dealer and ask them to check everything. Loosen and re-tighten all frame bolts. Or you can try to remove the loader yourself and check to see if it is something as simple as a burr or weld spatter is in the cradle where loader sets in frame (#3 sets in #1).

I had two of the 12mm bracket bolts that screw into the frame shear off. I had to remove the bracket to get at them and while I had it off I noticed that the holes are quite large. I'm sure that's so it can be mounted and adjusted. If the holes are close to bolt size you could never get it assembled given normal tolerances on machined/welded parts. I'm sure that you can fix your problem by loosening all the bolts and then retightening them with the bucket on level ground. I had to use the bucket to line things up while putting mine back together.
I couldn't find 12mm x 1.25 grade 8 bolts so I got some long 12 x 1.75 Allen cap screws and cut off the threaded part. I used a lathe to cut new threads and left about 1/2" w/o threads so the bracket didn't rest on the threads. It's easy if you own a machine shop.
Hope that will solve your problem.

Frank
