I know a few people have asked about the HST creeping forward or back.

But I recently found that I need to actually push the pedal back to neutral to get it to stop. If I press the pedal to the floor it will stay and not return automatically.

I looked underneath, but nothing seems to be binding.

Has anybody experienced this.

90 hours 10 months old.

Thanks

Jim

No, haven't noticed that. 42hrs 1 yr old here.

I was surprised when I first got it, the HST would hold it still even on a very steep hill. Now on that hill it drifts slowly.

But on flat land it still stays still with the HST in neutral.

On the earlier models of the CK20hst the bushing that goes into the case does not have enough clearance with the rod. If under warranty you can have your dealer put an update kit in it which are some of the parts to a CK25 or 30. The tractor has to be split, bushings and the rod that goes into the case will be changed. I have had some customers drill a hole into the bushing from the top and add a grease fitting with no problems.
Good luck.

Mine does the same thing. I've even greased the fitting connected to the HST pedal (several times). It hasn't been a big enough problem for me to look into solving it.
