kioti ck20 gear
I was going to buy a ck30, some things happened, and after reading some of the good advice on here I think I will be better off with a ck20 anyway. I was quoted $18,000.00 for a ck20 with a loader and backhoe, that seems high to me, 2 months ago I was quoted $21,000.00 for a ck30.

I don't want to be to personal, but what are you guys paying for ck20's?

Thanks for oyur help

That is less than I paid for mine. See my signature for options I have. Is the one you are looking at gear or hydrostatic? If it is hydrostatic, jump on it!

It's a gear machine. Thanks for the reply

For my area, that seems a little high. No more than a grand or so but it all depends on the area you are buying from.

Sometimes dealers will "BLOWOUT" a model that has been on the lot too long (CK30).
If he happened to have the CK30 for a while and the CK20 is brand new, that can be the difference.
Or just simple misfiguring. Been there done that.....
Or he's just a really nice guy

I purchased my 2003 CK20HST with FEL + BH in Sept 2004. It had 47 hrs on it and not a scratch.
I paid $15000 for it. I checked pricing on new ones and then they were 20-21000.
It now has 275+ flawless hrs. and the cracks in the KL120 loader. I just keep using it and check the cracks regularly , they really haven't grown much and thats with heavy landscaping and digging. ( Got my Kioti recall today)
It's done everything I've tried and has had only two problems, the light switch bound up, the new one was about $40, and the FEL valve plastic ball broke, that was $48. Total cost of repairs for 250hrs of hard work less than $100. Routine services including sythetic engine oil, less than $100.

My experience is very similar to Joe48's. I got my slightly used CK20 HST in Sept 2005 with 28hrs on it for $10K then added the KB2365 BH and a set of rear remotes for $4850. A BushHog 480 Squealer added about $825 to the total. I also got the tires loaded and a premature 50hr service thrown in as part of the deal. That was a pretty good package price as it turns out. The tractor had been traded in for a CK30 at the same dealership and must have been sitting around for a while.

I have only had the loader cracking as a warranty item. Otherwise my repair costs have only been for things I have broken: 1 busted rear turn signal lfitting, 1 bent toplink and a bunch of lost lynch pins.

I was just out at the dealer today and sat on one of the new version CK20s for the first time (with the new loader too:rolleyes: ). The suspension seat is much nicer than the old flip up seat I have. I find the ergonomics of the CK20 just fine for my 6'5" frame. Much more comfortable in fact than the Kubota B2630 or B7800 that I sat on 10 minutes later at another dealer. The new KB2365 backhoe controls are also much nicer than mine. (However, I noticed that they still haven't fixed the safety hazard created when you leave the backhoe seat folded forward and start the tractor...the seat leans against the controls and can cause the BH to operate and potentially flip the tractor over. I came close to doing that on my first day:eek: ).

what would a CK20HST with KL 120 Front End Loader and a KB2365 Backhoe cost me in Connecticut. Also, if i were to buy a tractor in PA would I be able to get it serviced and worked on under the warrenty at a dealer in Connecticut. thanks a lot.
