CK 30HST
Just replaced my 15 year old Kubota with a CK 30 HST with a heated cab..getting old I guess. I have some questions on the cab. What does that black dial in the roof do? I think it must be a heater control, It has a circular arrow that is wide at one end and tapers. Is that electrical connection under the back right edge [outside] for a rear work light? Does anyone know who makes the radio so I could download a manual? The frequency numbers for AM stations is a little weird and if you keep pressing buttons the word Korean appears. Love the tractor just a little disappointed in the documentation.

The black dial is the temp. control for the heater. You have fan control and heat control. No idea about the radio, I didn't get it as an option, I installed my own. Documentation is extremely bad, but after they dealt with me a year ago, it's at least accurate now.

The radio might be turned to S. Korean optimal frequencies at the factory. This is what I experienced with the Blaupunkt radios in Mercedes cars when I had my shop. I'd sent the radio to a guy in Philly and he re-tune them to US frequencies and then they'd put out great.
Only thing that comes to mind is maybe your local Radioshack or some similar store has a guy to send you to to 'tweak' the radio, or you could replace it with a much better one through Crutchfield or similar catalog.

I ran into this the other day with a customer's tractor. The factory radio has 3 frequencies. Japan, Korean, North America. When you get to the point of seeing "Korea" turn the knob to change it to "North America". Than do not touch any buttons until the screen goes back to your normal home screen. I had to do this on a Landini cab tractor, but it is identical to the Kioti's and sounds just like your issue.

Goodluck.

Thanks--it now reads N.A. frequencies.
