CIH 255, Good, Bad, or Indifferent

I have found a CIH 255 with a belly mower, rear blade, 880 hour, 2wd that I am interested in. What is good and bad about these tractors? What is reasonable $$$ for these tractors with this equipment? Any advice would be appreciated.
