China Tractor alternator wiring? One terminal not labeled

I am familiar with the Delcos with field, sense, and bat but I have field and bat and the other is not labeled. It is, however, showing continuity to ground so unsure if this is a ground lug or not?

What color and size is the wire? Is the alternator connected to the voltage regulator?

This is a Dong Feng Alternator, The left most lug in this picture is ground.
