I am getting my Belarus serviced and ready to work. I pulled the plug on the bottom of the gear box that drives the front drive line (1st pic). This is the lowest point and the only drain plug I found. I have a few questions. Thanks in advance
1. Am I correct to assume that the transmission & rear end share the same oil?
2. There are 2 plugs (2nd pic)...are these the check plugs for the gear case oil level? If they are, from what I've read there are several configurations of the 400 series, would I use the front plug (higher plug in pic) on a 2wd and the rear plug (lower in pic) for 4wd (my model)
3. There is a large (1 1/4" or so) pipe plug on the floor board to the left of the shifter...I'm assuming this the fill plug for the trans/rear axle...correct?
I bought 5 gallons of 80w90, hopefully this is enough. Thanks again!
