Cheap Soil Ph Meter that's accurate?

I've seen cheap Ph meters that aren't accurate, and I've seen Ph meters that are accurate, but not cheap. Anyone know of a Cheap Ph Meter that's accurate?

Soil test cost about $8 bucks around here. Extremely accurate.

Yep, I've had the state do soil tests. I'd just like to do them more frequently.more places.
