I know this is a funky picture, but I combined 2 pictures to show the whole length in one post

How are they held in your bucket? I can see short lengths of chain attached to them. I don't understand... A picture of them on your tractor would help..... Thanks!

The load binders slide into the hand holds - no eyes or chain links on the top!

Both installed and under tension - less than 2 minutes, light enough for a 6 year old to carry!

I gotta tell you Paul I'm impressed. They look real good for inexpensive forks. You may have just inspired me to go make my own!

Sharp idea! How much weight are you able to pick up with the forks mounted on the loader bucket like that?

They look good Paul. And best of all they are a lot cheaper that bought ones. I know a lot of folks buy forks, but I can't understand paying the amount that they cost. I made a pair about three years ago. I have used them for everything from moving pallets, logs, sheet metal and moving brush and round bales of hay. I made mine heavier than yours but I way afraid that I would get carried away and break them if I didn't. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Here is a picture of mine.

I made a pair of forks from broken load equalizer hitch bars. One had broken at the bend and had to buy a new hitch as the old ones were no longer available. They are bolt on as I do not have a welder. Drilling holes in the bars was no joy.
