Challenger Mt575d
Hey folks, new to the forum here. Have a question regarding a agco challenger MT575D. Tried hooking up a implement with 3 different hydraulic hook ups. My tractor has 2 manual levers for hydraulics and 2 fingertip electronic switches. The 2 fingertip hydraulics are not giving me any feedback. Checked fuses and went all through the computer looking for an unlock or engagement setting. The operators book is giving me nothing. I went to the back of the tractor and can manually move a lever on the valve to move the hydraulic cylinder on the implement. However, nothing on the switches. If anyone could give me any feedback or advice, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi,

@Hay Dude has a Challenger or two in his arsenal. He may be able to help you out once he sees this thread.

Welcome to the Challenger group! Now there’s 2 of us!
I have a Challenger MT535B and a Massey 7495, which is probably pretty similar to your Challenger 575D.
A “D” model is newer than mine though, so it could be laid out differently.

Sounds like your electronic remotes are “locked out”.
On both of mine there‘s a small, round button switch in/around your right armrest that should be illuminated red in color on start up. It might be on the right side console. That means the electronic joystick is locked out. Press the button, the light should go off. This will unlock the blue electronic joystick or hopefully your electronic remotes, in your case.

On the right side console, there may also be an illuminated rocker switch. This will lock out your loader (if you have one).

Let us know if that works.

I have a blue rocker switch that locks and unlocks the hydraulics and that didn’t do anything for me. While the light was off and on

Is there a small, round illuminated push button?

The blue rocker switch is the only button that seems to control the hydraulics and the light is turning on and off but no function

You have a dyna step transmission. I have CVT’s so my armrest console is different. I would try those buttons on the A pillar, too. It sounds like you‘re locked out.
Whats the “N” button?

I have tried every button in the cab at this point😂 the “N” button is for neutral on the 3 point lift arms I’m pretty sure. Gonna call the dealership tomorrow and see if they have any ideas. Might try a couple new relays too if they don’t have any easy ideas to try that I haven’t tried already. I’ll be sure to post the problem and solution once I figure it out.

No, just warning labels.
